The Walking Dead Already Walking Back for more in Early 2011?

Even though the series doesn’t premiere until October 31st, it had been speculated that a second season of The Walking Dead was already on the cards.

Today further rumors broke which suggest a second season of The Walking Dead will begin shooting early 2011.

According to Fangoria, the second season follow-up to AMC’s The Walking Dead will begin filming early next year:

Word from a crew source on the show’s home turf in Atlanta is that THE WALKING DEAD will resume shooting for the follow-up season next February.

No official word from the network as yet, but this would corroborate the ‘Walking Dead Season 2 Walk-on role‘ that has been promoted on the AMC website since July.
