SHERLOCK: Four New Trailers Tease Series 2 Episodes

A quartet of Sherlock teaser trailers have arrived to give us a tantalising look at all three episodes from the upcoming second series.

BBC One’s much praised, multi-award winning drama Sherlock, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, returns for an eagerly awaited second series of three, 90-minute films – A Scandal In Belgravia, The Hounds Of Baskerville and The Reichenbach Fall.

The teaser-trailers contain title clues relating to the Sherlock series 2 footage they contain. Have fun with all four below:

For many fans the most interesting frame will be that of Sherlock standing on the “ROCKS” — alluding to the famous Reichenbach falls, where the character apparently met his end in Conan’s Doyle’s original telling (before he brought him back). Can our Sherls expect to meet the same fate? Co-creator Steven Moffat isn’t giving much away, but says they have “complete freedom to bend the storyline.”

Series 2 premieres New Year’s day, January 1st at 8.10PM on BBC1 and May 6 at 9PM on PBS.
