Be it easter eggs, references or coincidences, there were a few moments in last week’s “Super” installment of Person of Interest that reminded us of LOST.
First off, not so much an easter egg or even a reference, but it’s worth mentioning (again) that Brett Cullin who plays Finch’s colleague (and Machine threat!), Nathan Ingram, used to portray the character Goodwin in LOST.

Indeed, Goodwin was a member of the Others, the mysterious group led by Benjamin Linus, played by Michael Emerson.

Finchy spills coffee on Nathan’s computer bringing up a “SYSTEM FAILURE” message..

..reminding us of the SYSTEM FAILURE message that was recorded in the Swan station when the code was not entered in time.

Nathan refers to deputy director Week’s as “the man in charge,” a possible nod to the LOST epilogue, “The New Man In Charge.”

How about the fact that Goodwin killed a Nathan on LOST? Clearly he faked his on-island death and took Nathan’s identity.
So far there’s really nothing to indicate this is not a LOST spin-off!
