  • SOA creator Kurt Sutter spoke to Collider about the unresolved issues between Jax and Opie heading into Season 5:

“There was a part of me that, last year, would have found it very neat and satisfying for fans, if Opie showed up at that table, at Jax’s side.  I think I had that, in earlier drafts.  But then, with everything that happened with Piney, and if you throw Donna into that mix, it just didn’t seem realistic that Opie could easily go, “Okay, I’m your guy, Jax.”  No matter how deeply he felt about Jax, for Opie to come back to that table, there really would need to be a sense of him figuring that out and Jax earning his trust to get him back.  And then, towards the end of Episode 2, you’ll see Opie start to make those moves back to the club, and being in Jax’s camp.  We’ll move that relationship forward.”

  • There’ll be a LOST alum reunion on Person Of Interest when Ken Leung guest stars opposite Michael Emerson in Season 2. Per TV Line, Leung will appear in the opener on Sept. 27. In addition, Justified‘s Margo Martindale will guest in Episode 2. No character details at present.
  • The second episode of Nikita‘s third season sees Nikki and Division hunt down former agent Mia. Per Zap2It:”She’s still undercover with a terrorist cult called the “Third Wave” when the FBI captures her in a raid. When it turns out that her alliances may have changed, Mia will have a profound impact on how Nikita feels about Division.”
  • The Season 4 premiere of The Vampire Diaries will be called “Growing Pains” [TV Guide]
  • Laurence Fishburne is a potential addition to the cast of NBC’s take on Hannibal. According to TV Line, the Matrix actor is eyeing the crucial role of Jack Crawford, the agent-in-charge at the Behavioral Science Unit of the FBI who is tasked with tracking down a flesh-eating serial killer.
