MAD MEN: Season 5 Debuts March, Says Jon Hamm

Mad Men‘s fifth season will debut in March, according to series star Jon Hamm.

Speaking on the Doug Loves Movies Podcast, Hamm said that a March 2012 return has been discussed since last year’s renewal, but declined to provide any further details.

Production on Season 5 began filming in LA last July. The premiere episode signals the Hamm’s directorial debut.

We await the AMC confirmation but Men fans can put a provisional ring around March 2012 in their calendars.
