Showtime’s plan of attack for next week’s Comic-Con includes an array of Internet-inspired meme banners in promotion of their psychological serial Homeland (you may have seen the ones for Dexter).
The cabler’s marketing department poke fun at the characters and storylines from the hit-serial with these memes that will appear throughout the Con. Check them out below (via: THR):
Showtime also hope to capitalize on Comic-Con’s massive ‘shop window’ by debuting Homeland‘s Season 2 trailer ahead of the Dexter panel, Saturday, July 14 from 4-5pm at the San Diego Bayfront’s Indigo Ballroom.
Elsewhere, it has been confirmed that Claire Danes’ recently announced pregnancy wont affect the show’s storylines. A rep from the series told TV Line “we anticipate no impact” on production. In other words, don’t expect Carrie to become a mother anytime soon.
