The Broadcast Television Journalists Association has announced the nominees for the ‘Most Exciting New Series’ category at the inaugural Critics’ Choice Television Awards to be held June 20th.

Head past the jump to find if the shows you’re interested in made the cut.

Of the new 2011-12 Seriable TV shows, that’s pretty much what I would have selected – although I would have left Ringer out as it’s yet to capture my imagination like the others. Not saying it wont be good, but it has more ground to make up. Person Of Interest would have taken its place, in case you’re wondering. :o

Falling Skies lands later this month, Terra Nova and Ringer this fall, while Alcatraz and Awake are set for mid-season.

Thanks to Robert for the heads-up.
