FALLING SKIES TNT Summer Return Promo & Cast Tease Season 2

A new promo signals the summer return of the TNT alien resistance serial, Falling Skies, while the cast offer a season 2 tease.

When we last placed a bookmark in Falling Skies, Tom Mason was walking into one of the alien mother ships for a chat about human resistance and the little matter of breaking his son’s connection to the symbiotic harness they placed on his spine. An iconic end to a rather up and down season, but anticipation for where the story could go in season 2 is high.

TNT has now released a new promo advertising the summer return of the alien survival series. It’s doesn’t appear to contain new footage, but scattered throughout are ominous close-ups of the foreboding alien mother ship, while the central conflict is taglined: “Resistance Continues.” Check it out below, followed by a short interview with some of the cast members teasing the bigger, edgier and sexier second season:
