It was only a matter of time really. On the heels of Continuum receiving a 13-episode second season order from Showcase, the popular series is set to arrive in the US by way of Syfy.
According to Deadline, the cabler is in the latter stages of acquiring rights to air the Canadian sci-fi series in the US — a week after it was picked up by Syfy UK.
The serial-procedural follows Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols), a cop from the future who finds herself trapped in present day Vancouver.
Great to hear Continuum’s got another season. The show got increasingly intriguing towards the finale.
Hope it kicks ass in the US ratings!
