Lone Star

Quick Hit. At this week’s Television Critic’s Association, FOX entertainment president Kevin Reilly and chairman Peter Rice said that the failure (see: cancelation) of Lone Star hadn’t made them scared about taking more chances with different types of shows. “I’d much prefer to fail with a show that we’re creatively proud of than fail with a show we’re embarrassed by,” Rice said.

According to TV Squad, Reilly said the unaired episodes of ‘Lone Star’ might air at some point, but he didn’t sound overly enthusiastic about the idea. In other words, don’t hold your breath.
